**Our services include a comprehensive consultation to help identify needs for care in clients with Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia, the aging and disabled. Comprehensive assessments to determine physical and mental status and limitations. Determine level of care needed as well as a discussion on available care options. Develop a personalized plan of care to promote optimal quality of life.

I am a Registered Nurse with a background in long term care. I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). I have worked for Health and Human Services in the State Regulations office as a Nurse Surveyor for Long Term Care Facilities. I also have personal experience caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease. I value the concept of a caring and safe environment where respect and dignity are a priority for clients to thrive despite their diagnosis.
